Sponsorship Coverage for the 2009 Season

THE PROGRAM
RRDesign's Sponsorship Program is available for Any and All entries. The sponsorship covers particulars of your marketing campaign in preparation for the Venues we hope to see our Sponsored Clients attend. In exchange for a packet of Free Design options made available, you will also be given Discounted Rates for displaying RRDesign Marketing Materials throughout your show season. These materials can include, but are not limited to, Business Cards, Flyers, Postcards, Posters, Vinyl Banners, Etc.,

*We are now offering an "Open Package" to better suite your needs! Discounted rates on other design items will be provided later on down the road.

Four FREE items of your choice with a total not exceeding a $600.00 Value (The package items are valued by Original Prices, not Discounted Prices)
Items do not have to be preplanned, but must be used within 2009

    • OUR HOPES
    Please be sure to read the following "Hopes" that RRDesigns has for potential Sponsored Clients. Our goal here is to HELP YOU while, at the same time, helping our business. In order to extend free and discounted services to you it is important to us that we receive due exposure in return. It would also involve a great deal of TRUST in our Sponsored Clients to display our Marketing Materials and Contact Information. We would have no way to know one way or another, while providing you with FREE Design work, that our time was well spent.

      1. Have every intention to qualify and attend one of the Major Shows listed above.
      2. Plan to publish at least once in a high circulation publication such as the AQHA Journal, APHA Journal, The Chronicle, Etc.,
      3. Have previously aquired points in one or more of the Associations listed above.
      4. Have a dedicated attitude, good heart and a wonderful smile! :)


    REQUIREMENTS

      1. You have a horse and show in one of the Associations listed above.
      2. You will publish at least ONE of your free ads.
      3. You will sign a contract agreeing to the Terms of the sponsorship.

    Please understand that the selection process will not be an easy one! If you're hoping to "Go For It" in the bigger show pens this year, fill out the form below and we'll see where we can go from there! GOOD LUCK!
