WHEN CAN I ORDER
Anytime. I am happy to take on your order so long as it is commissioned within a timely manner in regards to the project?s deadline. Rush fees will be charged for any and all work needed within two weeks or less.
WHEN DO I PAY
Payment is due upon order of the service(s). Projects do not start until payment is made/received or an agreement is made. Payment plans are available. Strictly seven day invoicing, 1 Reminder and there after a $5.00 account holding fee will be charged per Seven Days until payment is received. Resulting product(s) MAY NOT be printed or distributed until payment IN FULL is made.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO
The client is responsible for providing all content and material necessary for the completion of their design work as a whole. Content and material is defined as items such as quality photographs (Scanned in at 300 DPI or above), accurate text that has been checked for spelling and grammatical errors and any or all other material noted by the designer as necessary to completing the projects under contract.
WHEN DO I GET MY DESIGN WORK
All clients are put under a contract that will specify a deadline according to the client?s needs and our work schedule. Please note that some projects may take longer then others and, depending on our work schedule, may have a delayed starting date that will be noted to the client and in the contract before the commission is finalized.
