WHEN CAN I ORDER

Anytime. I am happy to take on your order so long as it is commissioned within a timely manner in regards to the project’s deadline. Rush fees will be charged for any and all work needed within two weeks or less.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO

The client is responsible for providing all content and material necessary for the completion of their design work as a whole. Content and material is defined as items such as quality photographs (Scanned in at 300 DPI or above), accurate text that has been checked for spelling and grammatical errors and any or all other material noted by the designer as necessary to completing the projects under contract.

WHY SO MUCH

Why are your page ads more then some of your larger items. When it comes to design there are many things a designer must consider in order to ensure the success of the design and more importantly the success it will bring the client. Unlike some items, a magazine advertisement is one chance, in one issue to grab peoples’ attention and make them look. A lot of hard work, research and thought goes into each and every one. Its price is reflected of this.

WHEN DO I GET MY DESIGN WORK

All clients are put under a contract that will specify a deadline according to the client‘s needs and our work schedule. Please note that some projects may take longer then others and, depending on our work schedule, may have a delayed starting date that will be noted to the client and in the contract before the commission is finalized.

WHEN DO I PAY

RRDesigns has not yet settled on a payment policy. We are open to offering the client payment plans according to their needs. Most payments may not exceed 30 days past completion date and a down payment is always required.
